I am installing the panel and this error appears, I already created new apis, another administrator user in the panel and no solution

~~make sure the database user for the dashboard/controlpanel have perms to access ptero panel, read should be enough, and to aviod messing up existing data~~

~~i have tried installing at least 7 times in the last few days and got the same problem. The only "fix" i found is just what I said~~
