#No Allocations

It looks like you have to link at least a node, egg or nest to the product. Check the guide linked below to learn more about the product system.
https://controlpanel.gg/docs/Guides/products
With products, you can configure the resources allocated to new servers created on your panel. You can set the custom pricing and link products to specific nodes and eggs.
you need to add more ports to your node on pterodactyl
is there no way to let it do this automatically?
if pterodactyl has no ports available, no
im talking abouzt this
you need free available ports on your node for cpgg to pick one
so i have to manually open ports on ptero for every single egg?
well thats how pteordactyl works
sshhiii
you have to allow the node to take the ports
otherwise it could just choose a random port which might be taken or might not be open
you know
thats how ports work :D
well i figured but i thought it'd grab the default ports and map them
what if people are hosting 2 servers, do i have to open more?
yes - every server needs its own port^^
thats how ports/services work :D
you can have 2 different servers on the same IP:PORT
^^
im confused
im sorry for being stupid, so do i have to just set the ports for new eggs, then people can create multiple servers? or do i have to go in and give each server its own port in ptero allocations?
ok for example, this egg needs 9987, 10101 and 30303, all i need to do is add these in ptero, then people can rent out like 50 of these and ptero does everything else? https://github.com/parkervcp/eggs/tree/master/voice_servers/teaspeak
i really cant explain you the whole logic behind ports and basic portforwarding here
best would be you learn and google a bit about portforwarding
shortanswer: no. a port can only be assigned to 1 server
ok i'll google
good luck!
ok if each server needs its own allocations, and cp doesn't make/add them automatically, whats the point?
You can set a range of ports to be used in pterodactyl (as the form in ptero describes) that way you can open 100+ ports at the same time, cpgg will choosen one of them
Ok so I can just open up like 900 ports and cpgg will just choose and it'll work?
yes
