Location/Region: I live in Minnesota (Metro Area? and I want to stay in state for costs, maybe somewhere in the midwest if it is cost efficient.
Major: What would you want to major in?
GPA/Test Scores (optional): My GPA is a 3.38. I went through some family issues so it dropped from a 3.75...
Curriculum: Nothing Crazy
Size: I want medium ish classes? I'm not too big on this either tbh
Costs: in need for aid for sure!! i want the college tuition and fees to be under 25 maybe 30k i will be living at home for instate colleges
Schools you're currently looking at (if any): University of Minnesota Twin Cities and Duluth, North Central University, Metro State University, and Minnesota State Mankato
Additional: I really want a good compsci program and be able to get a job fairly quickly after I grad. if any of these favor internships networking over the other please let me know.
about me: LGBTQ + black female ? (idk if this really matters i saw others posts w/ it)
A good community where i could likely make friends/ clubs/school involvement would be great! i really just wanna social and attend college and have a little fun on the side tbh. Suggestons for what my reach, target and safety would be would be great. Im also a dual enrollment student so yea lol

since you have a reason for ur gpa drop and you have hooks I would try the top schools

top cs schools have great support for career

#

these include UIUC, CMU, UC Berkeley, Georgia Tech, Cornell

for aid I would try more private schools

in addition you might want to check out northeastern, a private university number one in co-ops (internships kinda) and they offer a lot of it while you are there. They might also be able to give you nice aid
