UCSD VS NYU (Pre-Med)

Intended major: Psychology

UCSD: 65k a year
NYU: 80k a year

UCSD (out of state)
School 1 Pros:

• perfect weather
• perfect location
• lots of research opportunities

School 1 Cons:

• too many general ed classes
• classes graded on curve

NYU
School 2 Pros:

• Slightly Higher Rank Overall
• Nice City
• (Don't know much about pre-med opportunities here, plz give advice)

School 2 Cons:

• No campus
• slightly more expensive

Tiebreaking considerations:
Would like to know more about pre med opportunities at NYU, and where a pre-med student could thrive more.

imagine going to a school with no campus

I would never do that except for NYU Stern

assuming I didn't get into HYPSM, UMich, Berkeley, or UCLA (if I were in state)

For me I’d rather NYU because I love NYC but I know for most people UCSD would probably make more sense.

I would consider NYU had they not sold their campus to Poly which sold it to CUNY and then merged with NYU to make Tandon
