I need help deciding what college to commit to! I think both have their pros and cons. Both have a good party life and have a strong sense of school spirit. I’m admitted into the Biochem program at UW Madison, and on the PA track for UI. I feel like UI is good because its close to a hospital, so I will have lots of opportunities for volunteering/working, and I feel like they have a lot of resources for students as well. I’ve known Madison has a pretty decent biochem program, and they are slightly more diverse than UI. Madison is also cheaper by a few thousand a year. Also, it’s a pro that it’s not Iowa to me lol. I’m torn, help me decide!
#UW Madison or University of Iowa?

im afraid madison isnt going to have a lot of resources to help me prepare to be a grad student, and the dorms arent quite as roomy as iowa’s
i have also heard iowa dorms can get trashy even though they look nice on the inside
apparently people dont throw their trash away and leave condoms out in the hall
iowa also isnt as highly regarded as madison
Sounds like dorms is a mutual problem so I would throw that out. You said Madison was more well regarded which would make me think that it would help better prepare you over Iowa
