- Most students go to Stanford + Ivies for grad culture
- Chill and laid-back culture
- World-renowned professors
- Awesome weather
- Esteemed presence within the academic community (people turn down ivies and other top schools for Pomona all the time)

If you are concerned about social prestige, note that Pomona is still growing and will continue to become mainstream, but NYU is techically the most popular.
But if you are concerned about prestige in the eyes of employers and graduate institutions, Pomona is hands-down the top option
