I'd like to suggest Middlebury. Take your time in undergrad to explore in more fields to decide what u want to do. Plus if you decide to be an architect, you have to earn a MArch degree in the future since neither BS or BA degree could fulfil the requirement of being accredited.

(A BS degree would cut down on the length of the MArch program)

#

Do you think it would be significantly easier to explore more fields at Middlebury?

can’t say significantly but as far as i know from some previous students, the atmosphere in Middlebury is more encouraging

#

also i think the cut down on the length of MArch depends on the schools? like cornell does but yale’s MArch II is only for 5-year BArch students.

#

u can check details of different schools on NAABs website

I think you are in the Grinnell chat lol! I think Midd is better esp. for the financial reasons

OH lol

But u don’t want from my understanding to go on loans, right… tbh I have multiple friends at WashU and it’s a great school so i don’t think u can go wrong

oh my bad, thought cornell's master has two different tracks

I think what you're thinking of is a post-professional master's

#

I.e. for people completing BArch programs
