URochester w 25k scholarship(no financial aid yet) vs Northeastern university honors program 70k

This is for mechanical engineering btw Northeastern has given me a pretty generous scholarship and financial aid worth around 70 a year but Rochester hasn’t fully come out so I don’t want to compare them on that just yet.
Purely on merit within their engineering curriculum I wanted to know some ways one out weighs the other

Regarding whether the coldness of it all doesn’t really bother me and both these areas being in some type of city has my interest

Just got my financial aid from Rochester and they are both comparable so regarding the strength of their programs do you know which is the better option

I think at this point to with the school you like more and are a better fit

Prestige at that level doesn’t matter much
