OP you might be able to get in state tuition plus a few thousand extra per year depending on how TTU converts your IB scores to a GPA

The GPA will be calculated using my final years / predicted grades right

You should ask Texas Tech about how they would covers your numerical IB grades to a GPA scale for scholarship purposes and of they would include your senior year (predicted) grades

I'm also doing the IB course instead of ibdp for the last year (it's the same , just without ee , cas and tok) will that negatively impact anything
