just be presentable, think business casual maybe. Basically your appearance shouldn't be anything to remark upon. While questions of clothing and makeup beyond the bare minimum of wearing clothes shouldn't really be a factor in interviews, the reality is that interviewers vary widely in age and bias. Make sure your appearance and clothing would never interfere with whatever you are saying to the interviewer, basically. More importantly, review the standout features of your application and be ready to discuss them with your interviewer. Think about what questions you might ask a current or graduated student about the campus and campus life. And then good luck

By my book you are a high schooler, a t shirt and jacket is perfectly fine as long as there are no crazy graphics on there (i.e. inappropriate words, etc). An older (40+) alumni might think differently and expect at least a polo/blouse etc.

Feel free to talk about anything, including hobbies. honestly unless you do something terrible during the interview I wouldn't worry too much about it. imo the most important part of the interview is how much you know about the school and how curious you are about the school. and when I say how much you know about the school, I mean the bare minimum - for example, do not say you would like to go to Rice's medical school, as rice famously does not have one but instead partners with bcm and UThouston for many previous programs and current research/classes.
