Rice Cinema and the Rice Cinema Club also host free showings in the campus movie theater over in Sarofim Hall. clubs also host a lot of viewing-related things too

interviews are generally more of a vibe check than anything else, at least for Rice imo. are you a living breathing human with personality and some semblance of sanity? are you able to articulate who you are, what you're all about, and why you want Rice? that's usually what the interview answers, but your application should already hit those points. the interview should just reinforce it

nah fam, trust the process. bc if you're open and honest enough about the environment you need and the type of person you could tolerate living with, you'll be matched up just fine. just understand that even the best of roommate matches still need some negotiating and conflict resolution to make things work. we can't promise that your roommate will be your best friend. in fact, they most likely won't be. but if you do your job and the O-Week coords do theirs, you should be able to share a space with this other person without wanting to kill them by the end of the school year
