i don’t think there’s a set amount of time, but i have heard it’s quite difficult to transfer and people recommend going to community college and then applying for a transfer instead
it’s also very program dependent
i’ve seen people do just 1 extra quarter at cc before transferring and some people get their associates, i’d do more research into if you can find examples of people transferring for your intended major
