hmmm I'd probably lean away from using ur topic A unless theres something interesting you took away from that experience (and/or there were extenuating circumstances that you overcame)... out of the two topic b im guessing is more recent and maybe you took away something a little more concrete from that? but it j feels like ur mentors were neglectful and idk how that comes off

although ideally if you have anything more open-ended work you've done that would probably fit really well (ur own business would be perfect if you have one, lot of kids do startup work, npo, wtv). if theres any initiative that you've had a hand in leading I'd probably focus on that instead
