NC State!! Our EE program is gooooooated
ucsd u should apply for engineering physics btw. It’s in the ece department and u take EE and physics classes. Great choice.
Northwestern. You might like the ISP program, take a look into that if u wanna do physics and engineering
If you have any questions feel free to hmu :)
ohhh I was wondering why you said U of T for a safety lol
but now I'm guessing california which makes more sense lol
gotchyah
No I just think it’d be a good fit… I’m a ms student now so everything is just ece
I’m only 21… ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Engineering is weird where usually the best schools for it are state schools because they get hella gov funding for STEM that a lot of private schools don't. Sooo there's usually a lot more cool, big hands on projects there.
For engineering that makes sense tbh. Like Duke ECE is nice and high quality education and people really enjoyed it but, it's not as cool as NC State's facilities. Like NC State has textile engineering and they have their own fabric factory on campus. Also UMich is higher ranked than BU in a lot of disciplines anyways
I still think Duke ECE is really cool and has a tight knit community and has lots of cool research though and the broader community and campus vibes as a whole offer a lot to the experience but that's a school specific thing
i wouldnt know bc im not a ucsd student but i dont think this'd be a good choice if it isnt abet-accredited
I’m ngl with UCSD’s institutional reputation this honestly doesn’t mean much. Unless ur going for a role that requires ABET accredited programs which are rare and I’ve only really seen in power engineering jobs. Also think the degree is far better if OP wants to do graduate school eventually
Another non ABET accredited program is Berkeley EECS btw
