Location/Region: I'm in NJ. East coast/Midwest urban/suburban schools are preferred
Major: Probably in Chemical engineering/materials engineering
GPA/Test Scores: 4.6W/3.95UW, 1560 SAT (780 both)
Curriculum: I want to be able to make friends with people who aren't in engineering while also having engineering friends. Really want to continue robotics, EMS, and tennis (intramural or club). Relatively accessible research/internship opportunities would be nice as well
Size: semi-medium (on the small side) class size and overall school preferred (like 10-15k)
Costs: Nothing crazy expensive pls
Current list: GT, Cornell, WashU, JHU, Stevens, Cooper Union, NW, purdue, umich, UIUC, CMU (I have a list of safeties elsewhere but ngl need to find more targets)
Additional: I work a summer job in NYC that I would really like to continue. It's seasonal from 8/18-9/7 (8/18-8/30 is mandatory). A schedule that accommodates this doesn't trump other aspects of the school but would be awesome (worst case scenario my younger sister tries out for it and I work vicariously lmao).
Thanks!
