Should I go URochester or Baruch College (got in for finance for both)?
I'm plan to major in finance, but is also a bit interested in comsci.
Baruch (pros)
Free if I commute
Has a stronger network since it's in NYC
Near my home
Can graduate early since Baruch doesn't restrict graduation time (if I got Baruch I plan to graduate in 2.5 years)
(Cons)
It's a commuter school so harder to have a "college experience"
Likewise, no campus
Low ranked
Besides business, it's terrible at every other major
I heard the professors were mid, and also alumni is more networking and not long term loyal friends
URochester (pros)
Great for other majors if I don't like finance
Can double major finance and computer science
Has a campus and not commuting school, will "get the college experience"
Heard it has great professor and great alumni
Cons
Far from home
Has a weaker networking (it's in Rochester)
Doesn't let me graduate early (restrict you to at least 3.5 years)
16k for housing and tuition (pretty good to be honest)
I think it's finance is weaker?
