In my freshman year I tried to go for a deluxe triple and ended up in a classic in Dykstra

The classic itself wasn’t bad but because I lived on the side of the building facing the afternoon sun, September and October were pretty uncomfortable sometimes in terms of temperature, but I generally feel like the lack of AC isn’t that bad

As a freshman you can’t choose your building and you rank a list of room types, it’s really up to what you want in terms of AC/bathroom/room size, it’s also all triples in the dorms

As for meal plans most people have 14P, I have 19R because I eat breakfast daily and 19R is the best bang for your buck, it’s actually cheaper than 14P

The lower divs are all the same for the lifesci majors (bio, chem, physics), HBS upper divs are really easy so dont worry about those, its the lower divs that are problematic

Personally I havent had an issue keeping a 4.0, and i've finished the lower div bio and chem already, but I think im also very efficient with my time and a good test taker... also depends on the prof you take classes with, your personal background in STEM, a lot of stuff

its quite subjective

I think the most objective opinion I can give you is if you stay on top of things and seek help when you need it you shouldnt have too much trouble
