Location/Region: USA or Canada, looking at schools located in the suburbs or city, idc about distance to home, currently living in the US (Midwest)

Major: International Relations (If possible Pre-Law) with a minor in PolSci (also looking at journalism)

GPA/Test Scores: Currently have a 3.7 weighted GPA

Curriculum: No preference

Size: Don't really mind size of the school, but I prefer class sizes to be between 10-25 people

Costs: Will be applying for merit based scholarships and also may need aid, but still up to around $35-40k total

Schools You're Currently Looking At: Mostly public colleges atm
In-state: University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Creighton University
Out of State/International: A whole lot, like Colorado-Boulder, Kansas State, Ohio State, UCSD and UCR, University of Arizona, Texas A&M, UBC (University of British Columbia)

Additional: Campus should at least some form of friendliness to LGBTQIA+ students (like me), have good disability services, but I don't mind climate on campus.

sophomore?! I'm a junior, and I consider myself early. In my opinion, you should focus on keeping a good GPA and then consider college options. It's never a bad thing to think about it, though.

If you need aid UCSD and UCR will not grant you any

Same with most other public schools

If ur tryna study international relations the DC areais the move (but the class sizes (20-30 the ones I list). I’ve also heard good liberal arts colleges in PA for that but I’m not sure

#

American (REALLY GOOD PROGRAM)George Washington, Georgetown(do the net price calculator if u can n they r need blind). Even UVA and UMD r nice for it

#

But be aware the students r hella cocky/pretentious and come from private schools in the area meltingsob

#

As someone in the DC area with a sibling in international relations, one of the great bonuses of studying near this area is how u can intern during the year

What’s your unweighted gpa because a 3.7 weighted gpa seems low
