one of my closest boys is on the waitlist for davis and really hopes he can get off

I know a couple girls irl who had ucsb as their dream school (basic white girl dream school but still) and didn't get in and were devastated

Admissions are such a gamble and you both won, it's not the win you wanted but there are thousands of students who would kill to be in your position. I hope I see you both in the fall at ucsd but you will succeed anywhere, all UCs are basically the same
