UW Madison is a public school, you should expect no financial aid from them

For UW if you're talking about King-Morgridge yeah but they say its only 6 students out of all the other intls applying and ignoring the fact you're CS also, its going to be hard in general. And that doesn't mean all the other publics have full rides also and that they're easy to get

iirc there are a few public colleges who have a certain threshold for SAT, if u have higher than that then its free tuition and housing, but not a full ride. but in your condition, the sat is average and efc is 0 so idk man. IDK your ecas so its hard to suggest
