#Colleges that I can graduate without debt as an international student

I live in Romania and I'm an online student at Florida Tech and will finish this semester with a 4.0. I'm looking for on campus colleges where I can transfer to and get merit based or full ride scholarships so I can graduate debt free and only have to worry about other expenses throughout college. It doesn't look like I can go to Florida Tech without debt, so I'm open to other colleges too.

  • Location/Region: Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, or any red state in general.

  • Major: Computer Science

  • GPA/Test Scores: 4.0

  • Size: preferably small private

  • **Costs:**any as long as I can get a full ride scholarship

  • Schools You're Currently Looking At: UF

  • Additional: Preferably private schools or forbes new ivies and some public schools.

I’m also looking at Tennessee Tech, not sure if they have merit based scholarships but it's way cheaper than Florida Tech in person
