so we've got 2-3x PTs and a lab in the mornings and a mil sci class

most units are set up like this

Train by combining runs with workouts. I like doing quick run, strength workout, then finish with another run.

You can structure your workouts however you like as long as you get what you want out of it. I sometimes mix it up with a workout then a run, or a run first then a workout to get used to pushing myself even when tired.

Personally, I enjoy running on indoor tracks as I can easily move into weight workouts.
You can run outside, run x distance, do a little circuit, then continue running or whatever
