#Need Help Looking for Target Schools (ME/CS)

Location/Region: I'm a rising senior from NYC. I'd like a school in the city or suburbs preferrably in the US and I do not mind how far it is from home.

Major: I'm still deciding between ME and CS, but I intend to major in one of these majors.

GPA/Test Scores: 4.0 Weighted GPA and 1470 SAT

Curriculum: I'm not too sure on this right now, but I would like some clubs and activities involving competitions for either ME or CS.

Size: I don't mind any, but I prefer a class that's not too large or too small.

Costs: I will be needing aid, my budget is 30k max (preferably less than 20k though) at least with financial aid.

Schools You're Currently Looking At: Not sure yet.

Additional: I prefer a collaborative environment and community with a lot of opportunities offered at the college.
