your best bet is getting the 3.75 gpa needed for auto etam

being in engineering honors may help you if you have to go through etam holistic review, but dont count on it because idk

like it would probably help more if you used engineering honors to get involved in research and other extracurricular activities

from what i've heard, you can get into CS without the 3.75 if you have enough practical experience in CS, such as undergrad research accomplishments, internships, good projects, etc

but this may change because there is a small slice of students who only have etam autoadmit because of national merit, and as a result there may be less holistic slots this year/next year

Hello guys! I will only be applying to Texas A&M 3 years later, but I would still like to know what my chances are.

I am an international student, born in Ukraine but doing high school in Germany. I had to repeat 1 year because I didn’t speak the language that well. There are three types of school in Germany: Hauptschule, Realschule and Gymnasium. I am currently in the 10th grade of Realschule and will be passing my
exams soon. After that I am going to a Gymnasium (high school?) that is specialized on biotechnology (we will have 6 academic hours of it per week) and I will spend another 3 years there and turn 20 by the time I will be applying to colleges My grades are very good right now, and they will probably stay so, so I would like to ask y’all if you think that I have chances to get into Texas A&M’s chemistry program.
