It’s not “easy” to transfer schools, you need to write a clear letter of intent etc about why, and it’s generally competitive to transfer INTO the SFS or the MSB. However transferring from those into the College is relatively easier.

Yea, you can major/double major only within your school, but you can minor across all schools. The only acceptance is the joint major program between the MSB and the SFS in business and global affairs, it’s like the Penn Huntsman program if you’re familiar with it
