Like really tho essays are a way to show yourself but if you actually take the CONTENT without the rhetorics and the fluff most people are the same but fall into different archetypes. Making essays; a super subjective thing important kind of isnt great and forces people to present an inauthentic view of themself. In my opinion, I believe interviews, or such things like that are better but that’s just my opinion
