usc is making their first mass layoffs in a decade, tons of student jobs were eliminated this year, a significant percentage of the student jobs that still exist are now work-study only, there’s budget cuts across the board, and the national merit scholarship just got cut

also library hours are significantly decreased and our only 24hr library is no longer actually open 24/7

but finances be damned we have 24/7 security from an outside company at every campus entrance and we just broke ground on a $500mil football facility
