It is clear to me in most parts, especially for English as a second language. I am unaware of the prompt (if there is one) for this scholarship, but I think it does a very good job in regards to briefly explaining your passions, and providing anecdotes of personal experiences that have solidified/developed them. It also has the sentimental touch with the cyclical clip at the beginning and the end. It is a little bit on the fast pace side, which may require someone to pause and look a bit, which may or may not work in your favor, depending on the circumstances of the person reading your app and watching the video.

However, after watching it I did feel a combination of "aww", was quite impressed, and also ended on a positive note where I feel you have something to give to the community.
