it's like a link within your portal so I think it closes after the deadline.
I would strongly advise anyone to finish their videos before submitting their applications. So immediately, you submit your application and receive your portal, you can just submit the video.
It's better to be on the safer side and not try to figure out what happens after the deadline instead of being unable to submit something you worked so hard to edit/shoot because you were a day late.
