Priority is based on how many credit hours your have. I think honors people also get prioriry as well
Long story short on the registration system is you meet with your advisor, choose your classes on the portal, and then at some point the university will create everyone's schedules, and then you are given a time ticket to start modifying your schedule if you wish

I’d recommend applying cs first choice ai second choice
The ai program is good, it’s almost identical to cs but more ai oriented choices in third and fourth year, and more ethics and psych courses
I personally really like it, but some concerns I’ve heard is that it’s a temporary hype cycle and that it’s not worth it over cs, but I don’t believe those for certain reasons

i got onto a ski trip to colorado this last spring break. the ski club has a trip to banff during winter break, and even some residence halls host ski trips for the residents
