unlikely that they will do much about your financial situation, but if you are low income or you believe you got a lot less aid while all other colleges gave you more money, theyll ask for extensive financial details and proof that other colleges gave you money etc etc

neu general services are usually pretty useless so if u can get in contact with someone specific who is a higher up, it will save you a lot of time and will get you more answers
