Hi everyone! i just got off the phone with the housing department at UF and i got some pretty nice stuff confirmed

August the 16th is the first day of move in but the appointments on that day are reserved for those in special programs associated with the university. They gave examples like band and ROTC. if you arent in those slots, your appointment will be anywhere from the 17th to the 19th of August

BUT, you can pick up your key and 'move in' at any time AFTER 5 PM ON AUGUST 16TH. No matter your appointment or situation. You wont get help moving in, but you can pick up your key starting at that time

This is from the Housing Dept of the university. My hall (Broward) said they received some other information... so Im hoping there isnt some crazy screw up or something. But that info was all from the dept itself
