sure! i was the youth president for a state nonprofit related to activism, so i did a lot of local and state activism especially with state politicians, alongside some national/international diplomacy here and there. i also was a scholar for a senate program here in my state. my other smaller positions include fbla local VP (i was on a state exec council my junior year), stuco secretary (with a focus on our blood drive which is one of the biggest in the state), journalist for school newspaper with an emphasis in local politics, NHS secretary, math NHS co-founder, psychology NHS president, and a mentoring program between freshmen and upperclassmen

stem here is quite hard, but afaik the chem department here is quite good and supportive, a lot of fantastic professors here, the llike academic path is quite nice

theres a lot you can do within harvard with chem, like people bundle chem with cool things, so i'd definitely consider chem one of the more flexible concentrations

i can show you more in depth the requirements and some classes if you'd like

im in a chem class rn for my concentration and its taught a bit weirdly but this one's kinda known for that, the professors are awesome and the departments pretty tight, for all the department emails ive gotten the chem ones are on the higher end for enthusiasm for ppl to show up to the events 💀

How connected are undergrad and grad students? Like are they in separate buildings or do u still consistently go into grad school facilities and engage with graduate students

Also kinda similar question but do people that went to Harvard for undergrad and people who went to Harvard for grad consider themselves to be from the same school? Cuz that’s usually a pretty big part of connecting

I think generally they don’t overlap much I don’t meet many grad students. That is with one exception, in big classes which they take. In stat 110 my study group happened to include some grad students who took the class out of interest, and I got to know some of them well over the semester. Then for 111 we continued the group with some new grad students too
