i will say that if they aren't planning to at least consider you, they dont really need more information... but that's speculation and not actually what the office says

My view: They don't pre-read and it's more or less a raffle draw

If they end up rlly considering you and you didn't get an interview, then they'll try to offer you one

I can't definitely say but the acceptance rate should most likely increase this year 😭
i was checking some data and apparently Harvard received 39,000 applications for the Class of 2024- the last test required class
it shot up to 57,000 for the Class of 2025- first test optional application round.
so I wouldn't be surprised if it reduced this year
Brown's early round already went down by over 1,000- acceptance rate was highest in 3/5 years
it's not a definite prediction but I think acceptance rate might reduce generally
especially for test required schools
