Am I overthinking?

So, I had my interview with a Harvard AO last week, and their questions were almost all about specific activities I did in high school. Like literally they ran down almost every extracurricular in my application and just asked questions about what it meant to me, how it developed, etc.

He only asked a few interview-y questions (tell me about your identity/self, what would you do with a day off at Harvard, what stickers on a laptop/bottle represent you best - fairly wacky ig) but most of the interview was on ecs and he was consistently applauding me on specific awards (at one point he said he was very happy I chose to rea Harvard instead of auestbridge because I was a ncm finalist and he said he knew it was a hard decision).

Am I over-reading into this or is this how interviews generally go? I feel like Harvard interviews are usually very open ended and not so specific?
