i agree if ur looking to explore humanities AND also interested in CS then rice is def go to, cuz it’s good at both and env is friendly. weather is bearable if ur okay w hotter weather

less prestigious is not a con, id say rice isn’t less prestigious. to me it’s basically the same level or for sure better (than Berkeley and ucla at least)

Of course it's hard to turn down the whole ivy league brand, and duke is one of the schools for pursuing finance, but if your heart's leaning toward rice then I'd go for it

#

Although, if you have the time, try touring the schools to determine which is the greatest fit for you

Honestly duke if the cost difference between all the schools is negligible, but it seems like you vibe with rice more and that’s what matters
