For CS, UWash. It’s #5 for CS. There is no comparison. They are flush with $ from Paul Allen and Bill Gates. On any dimension - research papers published, visiting scientists from all the FANGs in Seattle, internships, better job opportunities, you name it. You will be surrounded by more like-minded folks. The different in tuition will be made up in no time, given your higher chance of an internship at a nearby high paying FANG.
