The way the hosing process works is that you rank which campus you want to live on and then based on that Rutgers will put you somewhere. Or you can apply to a living learning community which is like a community of people that have similar interests and some of those would be put in suites. For example the Busch engineering science and technology llc have their own dorms and it’s definitely the best freshmen dorms on Busch
