I don't know the specifics of Yale's Econ and Environmental Engineering majors, but Dartmouth has exceptional economics, and super strong earth sciences, so you could do engineering modified with EARS

You're a really strong applicant anywhere, so I'd throw in places that are need blind for intl. So def somewhere like Amherst, Bowdoin, Princeton.
