Check out Virginia tech

#

Also you should make sure to write about the circumstances that put you in such a bad position for 9th cause if they see you got a 4.5 junior year that 1.4 clearly ain’t common for you.

#

And a 1460 sat is really good so Virginia tech is a good choice imo

#

Or TAMU can’t go wrong there I mean 98% of Texans go there I’m pretty sure but it’s still a good school nonetheless

I understand the gpa is low but if you tell them about the circumstances it's very likely they'll throw it out anyway given that it was freshman year, I'm not entirely sure a lot of those reaches are true reaches

If you don't get into any of your reach schools, you may consider going to a CC and reapplying as a transfer student.

I honestly think you have a lot of options, so I would look at their programs and scholarship options os you can apply to schools that interest you academically, program-wise, and financially.

But I agree with other commenters, you're the kind of student who has a lower GPA that schools would want to admit because you demonstrate so much academic growth and talent in your application.

You mentioned you're interested in interdisciplinary CS programs, which disciplines do you find interesting that you'd want to combine?

Physics and Math are kinda joint due to the way colleges structure physics classes and how you do intro then you do math and then you kinda repeat that till you cover the majority of general topics (getting more realistic)
