Do you have a preference on where you want to go geographically?
not really
i go to furman, personally pay quite a bit each year but i am not from south carolina so i donβt have as many scholarships. they give me about $36k total each year in aid. my friends are all from sc (most even from greenville) and they pay so little that their parents pay out of pocket. like less than $10k a semester for a private school. personally, i love furman, the classes can be tough but itβs really a good quality education and greenville (especially downtown) is really nice. i am still deciding my major but probably either a bio or environmental science major, so i canβt speak for cs specifically. feel free to message me if you have any other questions!!
CMU doesn't give a whole lot of aid. Id refer to their NPC but probably quite expensive. GT oos is also really expensive unless you qualify for one of their oos scholarships which are quite competitive.
GIT and UCSD, two best options,
i thought UCs offered very little oos tuition
Apply USC EA. Then they reached out to roughly 1/3 of their EA accepted applicants for an merit biased scholarship interview. Roughly 1/2 of that gets half scholarship and 1/5 will receive full scholarship
But only for EA people
apply u wisconsin, purdue, and other t20s too
how is purdue's fin aid tho
well ik ppl who are internationl here are getting good fin aid
thus why so many internationl students come here
but obviously depends on your familys income etc
