as for guesses to a specific date:

• uw themselves say most decisions will come out on the 11-15th but they've started on the 1st
• one of the presidential scholars posted on reddit saying the other decisions would come out on the 15th
• someone on college confidential looked at previous release dates and times and said if they keep up the same pattern the first decisions may come out tonight at 8 pm
