Honestly just vibe. Like it’s kinda buzz wordy but it is a conversation, and all of my better interviews have definitely felt like that where we were just chatting about things we both liked

Try and find some point of commonality if you can! Don’t fret too much (as difficult as that is in practice), interviews can be pretty fun once you get into it!
