honestly, i cant answer your question idk anything about inclusive housing. but rooming with your girlfriend your first year of college seems a bit unideal. college is a big change in your life & big changes like that can bring big changes to your social life even if you intent to stay best of friends/in a relationship. imagine if you roomed with your girlfriend & then broke up early in the semester. then you are stuck the whole year with them because you wont be able to just change roommates. rooming apart is still great because you can just spend the night with each other as long as your roommate agrees with it but you arent stuck in an awkward situation if yall break up/are fighting/etc

like personally i cant imagine rooming with my boyfriend right now, we still see each other plenty & have sleepovers when we can
