honestly my take on this is that a lot of things have changed this year especially for harvard due to the recent supreme court ruling. i think that they might prioritise domestic interviews to gauge and fulfill their DEI goals because they do have a rough idea of internationals depending on your location especially competitive countries such as china india and the uk so i dont think theres any point speculating or worrying about the fact you didnt get an interview and comparing your application with someone from the previous year as well
