If u are an intl u will be compared to ppl in ur country, so if u are from a country where most kids do many extra curricular, partakes in many competitions and etc then u need to be ‘cracked’ (as in do something that makes u stand out)

But if u are from like a country where most ppl dont do extra curriculars or join any competitions, u are more than ‘cracked’ in front of ur AOs eyes bcuz u took an initiative when ppl around u normally dont
