Basically for transfer you couldn’t start taking upper div major courses until you took at least 3/4 of these other classes, one of which is only offered at Berkeley and the other which wouldn’t be required for a single other school I was applying to so I’d logically be at 2/4 and then have to file a petition spring semester to start upper div major courses meaning I wouldn’t fully start them until my 4th year
