you could try computer engineering, acceptance rates tend to be higher (except at ucla)

ucsd has a math-cs major which as of current anyone can get into at the click of a button

although that's if you really like math - if you don't, you will struggle

to be honest, i don't believe that the uc's actually admit by major except ucla and uc berkeley
apply cs if that's what you want, it usually won't hurt you

I would say the main challenge is getting into the good CS electives, as I've heard UCSD math-cs does not have same priority as pure CS. A lot of electives like databases and compilers definitely will give an upper hand to applicants for jobs and internships

Apply to Navy OCS for Naval Flight Officer, apply to get a commercial aviation license, see if you can get eye surgery. In 40 years, do you want to be that old guy at airshows talking about how he could have been a pilot buuuuuuuuuuuut and have a lot of regret. Again, bad vision is not even a disqualification for Navy Airforce aircrew that are fighter jet backseaters or navigators (these are all considered aviators and log flighy hours). to be a pilor you might need better vision standards but even then they allow glasses + LASIK, and FAA also lets way more slide
