well for starters, im currently waitlisted for slo swe, highly unlikely for me to get off, heard that there is only 50 spots. for me the campus for davis was more appealing. also due to my concntraton being more geared towards ds, when it comes to resume building, doing research will def help and also its a uc which focuses more on grad school, so if i have a change in mind to go grad idk it might help better. but overall i think its more of the vibe. another contributing thing is the fact that they got energy efficient car competition, which im genuiely quite interested also
