Location/Region: city/suburb would be better
Major: computer science
GPA/Test Scores: no sat/act, ibdp1 1st semester: 37/42, 2nd semester grades are not out yet (prob 35~38)
Size: no preference
Costs: coa is below ~56k usd per year
Schools You're Currently Looking At:
UIUC cs+x, UW Madison, TAMU, OSU, Rutgers, Stony Brook, Binghamton, Buffalo, ASU, Penn State, UMN, NC State

Additional:
I found uiuc, uwm, tamu, osu are all kinda out of my budget and I suppose that tho the stated coa could be below 60k, the actual cost may be still slightly higher than this numberblobfearso any other uni options I could consider? (btw I don't have sat/act, so I cannot apply to purdue, uf, gatech or whatever unis that require sat)

You could look at: Colorado School of Mines, Virginia Tech, University of Washington, and Cal Poly for schools with good CS programs and within budget for you.
